VDM Family Day - June 22, 2023
The municipality is pleased to announce Val-des-Monts Family Day! The event is offered free of charge and will take place on June 22 at Parc J.-A. Perkins, located at 17, chemin du Manoir, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Motor-free Sunday Mornings
To encourage the use of non-motorized watercraft on its lakes, the municipality of Val-des-Monts has launched a new initiative this summer : Motor-free Sunday mornings. As part of a pilot project following the recently published action plan resulting from last year’s public consultation on waterways, the municipality will close the boat ramps on Lac St-Pierre and Lac McGregor for three Sunday mornings on each lake. The boat ramp on Lac St-Pierre will be closed from 6am to 12pm on July 16, August 20 and September 17, and the boat ramp on Lac McGregor will be closed from 6am to 12pm on July 9, August 13 and September 10.
Waterbody Action Plan
The Municipality of Val-des-Monts is pleased to present the Waterbody Action Plan. This three-year plan was developed following the citizen consultation on waterbodies conducted during the summer of 2022.
